Strawberry Cream Fudge

Would you believe that this is the first fudge I’ve ever made?

I made it as part of a very fun, pink and zebra themed 30th birthday party.

The fudge was so delicious and got rave reviews all night!  It was the perfect strawberry to vanilla fudge ratio and just melted in your mouth!

For the party, I was also happy to make the centerpiece cake, pretty cookies, cake pops, champagne truffles, and jello shots for a beautiful dessert table!

Strawberry Cream Fudge
Adapted from Chocolate Candy Mall

2 ½ cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
½ cup butter, cubed
12 oz white chips
7 oz marshmallow crème
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp strawberry extract
Pink food coloring

Line a 9x13 in pan with foil and lightly spray with non-stick spray.

Place the sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in a medium pan over low heat.  Stir until the sugar dissolves and the butter melts.  Bring to a boil, increasing heat to medium-low if necessary.  Once boiling, cook, stirring constantly for 4 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and immediately stir in the vanilla extract, white chips, and marshmallow crème.  Stir until smooth and combined.

Pour about half of the white fudge into the prepared pan.  To the remaining half, add the strawberry extract and pink food coloring, stirring until combined.

Pour the strawberry fudge on top of the white fudge and swirl with a knife to marble.

Cover the fudge and place in the refrigerator until firm.  Once firm, cut into small squares and serve, storing any leftovers in the refrigerator.
